Dave Wilbert

Dave Wilbert is president of the ROI Management Group, which encompasses management and leadership training from both Crestcom International and from ROI Group;  and CEO consulting and coaching through Convene. None of this came about by accident! 

After Penn State, and the Army, Dave started a 20 year career with IBM, and then 12 years as partner in a regional software company.  All of this led to his current passion of training, consulting and coaching in Columbus, Ohio.  In 40 years of running businesses, or helping others run theirs, he has become convinced that few organizations come within 20% of their capability.  He calls this the “Execution Gap”! 

His purpose statement is to close the “Execution Gap” for as many companies as God gives him time.

Dave is convinced that the first step in closing this “Gap” is in understanding the power of vision, and expectation setting, in the running of a business. 

He delights in opening the eyes of both management and employees to the benefit of taking ownership of their goals, and working toward them together – as a team. 

His management training, consulting and coaching skills help business owners identify the challenges they face, determine the best course of action, and gain buy-in from both management and employee teams.
